GB 7251的本部分規(guī)定了下述低壓成套設(shè)備(見3.101)的定義、使用條件、結(jié)構(gòu)要求、技術(shù)特性和驗(yàn)證要求:--額定電壓交流不超過1 000 V,直流不超過1 500 V的成套設(shè)備;--與發(fā)電、輸電、配電、電能轉(zhuǎn)換以及控制電能消耗的設(shè)備配套使用的成套設(shè)備;--為特殊條件而設(shè)計(jì)的成套設(shè)備,例如船舶、鐵路和民用(非人員操作),只要符合相關(guān)的特定要求;--為機(jī)器的電氣設(shè)備而設(shè)計(jì)的成套設(shè)備,IEC 60204包含了構(gòu)成機(jī)器組成部分的成套設(shè)備的補(bǔ)充要求。本部分適用于所有一次性設(shè)計(jì)、制造和檢驗(yàn)的或完全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化批量制造的成套設(shè)備。進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)和/或組裝的可以不是初始制造商(見第1部分3.10.1和3.10.2)。本部分不適用于符合各自相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的單獨(dú)器件和自成一體的組件,諸如電機(jī)啟動(dòng)器、刀熔開關(guān)、電子設(shè)備等。本部分不適用于GB 7251的其他部分中特定類型的成套設(shè)備、GB 13961-2008中的電源軌道系統(tǒng)、GB/T 19215(所有部分)中的電纜槽和管道系統(tǒng)及IEC 61534(所有部分)中的動(dòng)力軌道系統(tǒng)。

GB/T 16895的本部分包括低壓發(fā)電設(shè)備、輔助回路以及固定電氣裝置的燈具和照明裝置的選擇和安裝。
本部分的特殊要求適用于由額定電壓不超過50V交流或120V直流電源供電的特低電壓照明裝置。

本規(guī)則適用于《電梯型式試驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品目錄》(見附件A,以下簡(jiǎn)稱《目錄》)所列產(chǎn)品的型式試驗(yàn)?!赌夸洝匪挟a(chǎn)品有下列情況之一的,應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行型式試驗(yàn):(1)制造單位首次制造或者境外制造在境內(nèi)首次投入使用的;(2)產(chǎn)品主要參數(shù)超出適用范圍的;(3)產(chǎn)品型式試驗(yàn)要求中規(guī)定的產(chǎn)品配置發(fā)生變更的;(4)出現(xiàn)其他影響產(chǎn)品安全性能,質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局(以下簡(jiǎn)稱質(zhì)檢總局)提出型式試驗(yàn)要求的。

1.1 These requirements cover track lighting systems intended for permanent connection to sources of supply in commercial or residential ordinary locations in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70. The track lighting systems covered by this standard are rated: a) 300 volts or less; b) 150 volts or less to ground; and c) 50 amperes or less. 1.2 Lighting track is intended to be permanently installed and permanently connected to a branch circuit not exceeding 277 volts, nominal to ground, and 50 amperes. 1.3 These requirements cover: a) Track networks consisting of track and connectors; b) Mono-, duo-, and multi-point canopies; c) Incandescent, fluorescent, and High Intensity Discharge (HID) luminaire assemblies intended to be electrically connected to and physically supported by the track in track networks and canopies; d) Mounting means for the track; and e) Accessories. 1.4 These requirements do not cover: a) Busways intended for lighting, receptacles, or other general-purpose adaptors covered by the Standard for Busways, UL 857, and intended for use in accordance with Article 364 of the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70; or b) Track lighting systems for marine use aboard a ship or boat. 1.5 Track lighting systems are not intended for use: a) In wet or damp locations; b) In installations where the track is concealed; c) In hazardous locations; d) Where subject to physical damage; e) Where the track is extended through walls or partitions of building structures; f) Where subject to corrosive vapors; or g) In storage battery rooms. 1.6 A track lighting luminaire assembly that uses a tungsten-halogen lamp, fluorescent lamp, or high-intensity-discharge lamp shall also comply with the applicable requirements from the Standard for Luminaires, UL 1598.
This European Standard deals with the technical requirements to minimize the specific railway hazards of self propelled road-rail machines-henceforward referred to as machines-and associated equipment, which can arise during the commissioning, the operation and the maintenance of machines when carried out in accordance with the specification given by the manufacturer or his authorised representative. Part 1 of EN 15746 defines requirements for approval of the machine by an authorised body; Part 2 defines requirements for the machine to be declared conformant by the manufacturer, except in the case of machines classified under Annex 4 of the Machinery Directive, which require a conformity check in conjunction with a notified body. Additional requirements can apply for running on infrastructures with narrow gauge or broad gauge lines, lines of tramways, railways utilizing other than adhesion between the rail and rail wheels and underground infrastructures.This European Standard is also applicable for machines and associated equipment that in working configuration are partly supported on the ballast or the formation.This European Standard does not apply to the following: the requirements for quality of the work or performance of the machine; the specific requirements established by the machine operator for the use of machines, which will be the subject of negotiation between the manufacturer and the infrastructure manager; running and working whilst not on rails; separate machines temporarily mounted on machines and associated equipment; demountable machines as defined in 3.2; trailers as defined in 3.3, including road-rail trailers.This European Standard does not establish the additional requirements for the following: operation subject to special rules, e. g. potentially explosive atmospheres; hazards due to natural causes, e. g. earthquake, lightning, flooding; working methods; operation in severe working conditions requiring special measures, e. g. work in tunnels or in cuttings, extreme environmental conditions such as: freezing temperatures, high temperatures, corrosive environments, tropical environments, contaminating environments, strong magnetic fields; hazards due to errors in software; hazards occurring when used to handle suspended loads which may swing freely. Other track construction and maintenance machines used on railway tracks are dealt with in other European Standards, see Annex G.This European Standard applies to all machines which are ordered one year after the publication date by CEN of this European Standard.
