GB/T 5169的本部分旨在為產(chǎn)品委員會(huì)提供一個(gè)通用指南，涉及內(nèi)容包括：? 防火安全工程的原理和使用說明；? 防火安全工程在電工電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方面的使用導(dǎo)則；? 防火安全工程的術(shù)語和概念；? 防火安全工程評(píng)估所需的性能、數(shù)據(jù)和試驗(yàn)指引；? 參考文獻(xiàn)。本部分并不作為詳細(xì)的技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)指南，而是旨在為產(chǎn)品委員會(huì)提供有關(guān)防火安全工程方法和基于性能的試驗(yàn)信息的指導(dǎo)，以用于基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)和電工材料、部件、成品和系統(tǒng)的著火危險(xiǎn)評(píng)定。更多關(guān)于防火安全工程的信息參見ISO/TR 13387系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(見第2章及參考文獻(xiàn)[1-6])和ISO 23932。
GB/T 36271的本部分規(guī)定了標(biāo)稱電壓1 kV以上交流系統(tǒng)中電力設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)與安裝要求，以保障投運(yùn)設(shè)施的安全和正常運(yùn)行。本部分的電力設(shè)施包括：a) 變電站，包括鐵路供電變電站。b) 柱上、電線桿、桿塔上的電力設(shè)施：位于封閉的電氣運(yùn)行區(qū)域外的開關(guān)和(或)變壓器類設(shè)備。c) 一個(gè)廠址上的一個(gè)或多個(gè)電廠設(shè)施：包括發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器組及相關(guān)的開關(guān)設(shè)備和電氣輔助系統(tǒng)。不包括不同廠址發(fā)電廠之間的電氣連接設(shè)施。d) 廠礦企業(yè)或其他工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、商業(yè)、公共設(shè)施的電氣系統(tǒng)。e) 海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場(chǎng)等海上平臺(tái)電力設(shè)施。電力設(shè)施還包括下列設(shè)備：——旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)；——開關(guān)設(shè)備；——變壓器和電抗器；——換流器；——電纜；——布線系統(tǒng)；——蓄電池；——電容器；——接地系統(tǒng)；——封閉的電氣運(yùn)行區(qū)域的建筑物與圍墻；——相關(guān)的保護(hù)、控制及輔助系統(tǒng)；——大型空心電抗器。本部分不適用于下列設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)與安裝：——獨(dú)立設(shè)施之間的架空線路與地下電纜；——電氣化鐵路；——礦山開采設(shè)備及設(shè)施；——熒光燈設(shè)施；——IEC 60092(所有部分)規(guī)定的船上設(shè)施和GB/T 25444(所有部分)規(guī)定的海上設(shè)施；——靜電設(shè)備，如靜電除塵器和噴涂裝置；——試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)；——醫(yī)療設(shè)備，如醫(yī)用X光設(shè)備。本部分不適用于預(yù)裝式開關(guān)設(shè)備及高壓/低壓預(yù)裝式變電站內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)。本部分不適用于帶電作業(yè)。低壓電氣設(shè)施可參照GB/T 16895執(zhí)行。
本規(guī)范適用范圍如下：制漿規(guī)模0.25Mt/a及以上，生產(chǎn)燃料水煤漿或氣化水煤漿的新建、改建和擴(kuò)建工程設(shè)計(jì)；單臺(tái)鍋爐容量35t/h及以上，以水煤漿為燃料的新建、改建、擴(kuò)建的發(fā)電、供熱工程設(shè)計(jì)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新建、擴(kuò)建、改建、遷建、恢復(fù)的建設(shè)工業(yè)建筑和既有工業(yè)建筑的各行業(yè)工廠或工業(yè)建筑群中的主要生產(chǎn)廠房、各類輔助生產(chǎn)建筑。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了各行業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)綠色工業(yè)建筑需要達(dá)到的共性要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于綠色商店建筑的評(píng)價(jià)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于綠色博覽建筑的評(píng)價(jià)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于綠色飯店建筑的評(píng)價(jià)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于抗震設(shè)防烈度為6度到9度的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸、施工安裝、質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收與使用維護(hù)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新建、改建和擴(kuò)建民用建筑的綠色設(shè)計(jì)。
本規(guī)程適用于新建、擴(kuò)建和改建的工業(yè)建筑、民用建筑采用單層防水卷材的屋面工程的設(shè)計(jì)、施工及質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于采用裝配式建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體與建筑內(nèi)裝體集成化建造的新建、改建和擴(kuò)建住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)。
本規(guī)程適用于建筑裝飾工程中裝飾石材的材料、設(shè)計(jì)、加工制作、施工、驗(yàn)收以及防護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和翻新。
It is essential that EPS products with a reaction to fire performance better than Euroclass F be manufactured from raw materials with a chemical composition, which is under the control of the raw material producer.This Technical Report specifies the conditions allowing reduction of the FPC frequency for testing the reaction to fire of specimens made from flame retardant EPS raw material. The preconditions are that products are manufactured solely from a specified, certified raw material, within defined density limits, and produced in the way specified by the raw material supplier. The frequency of testing the final product can be reduced in accordance with EN 13163:2008, Annex B, Table B.2 footnote to table h. It is essential that the reaction to fire performance of the raw material be labelled according to 9.2 in the certificate from an approved body (see EN 13172:2008, 5.3.3 and Annex A). The certification of the raw material relates only to products for which the reaction to fire Euroclass E according to EN 13501-1 is being claimed. The manufacturer of the EPS boards / products continues to be responsible for the FPC of the EPS boards / products.This Technical Report is in accordance with the general rules of EN 13172.

This document specifies the characteristics and performance of gypsum plasterboards intended to be used in building construction works including those intended for secondary manufacturing operations. It includes boards designed to receive either direct surface decoration or gypsum plaster.This document covers the following product performance characteristics: reaction to fire, water vapour permeability, flexural strength (breaking load), impact resistance and thermal resistance. The following performance characteristics are linked to systems assembled with plasterboards: shear strength, fire resistance, impact resistance, direct airborne sound insulation and acoustic absorption to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods. If required, tests should be done on assembled systems simulating the end use conditions.This document covers also additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product by the Construction Industry and the reference tests for these characteristics. It provides for the evaluation of conformity of the product toThis document.This document does not cover plasterboards, which have been subject to any secondary manufacturing operations (e. g. insulating composite panels, plasterboards with thin lamination, etc.).
