1.1.1 本部分適用的設(shè)備GB 4793的本部分規(guī)定了預(yù)定作用、工業(yè)過(guò)程用以及教育用的電氣設(shè)備的通用安全要求,當(dāng)在1.4的環(huán)境條件下使用時(shí),這些符合下列a)~d)定義的任何一種設(shè)備可以配備計(jì)算裝置: a) 電氣試驗(yàn)和測(cè)量設(shè)備 是指用電氣方法試驗(yàn)、測(cè)量、指示或記錄一個(gè)或多個(gè)電量或非電量的設(shè)備,也包括非測(cè)量設(shè)備,如信號(hào)發(fā)生器、測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器、電源、換能器和發(fā)射機(jī)等。 注:除了設(shè)計(jì)成僅嵌裝在其他設(shè)備上的面板儀表外.所有指示和記錄用的電氣測(cè)量?jī)x器(1.1.2的那些設(shè)備除外)均在GB 4793的范圍內(nèi)。嵌裝式面板儀表被認(rèn)為是元件,僅需要滿(mǎn)足GB 4793的相關(guān)要求,或者作為嵌裝這些儀表的設(shè)備的一個(gè)部件滿(mǎn)足其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 b) 電氣控制設(shè)備 是指將一個(gè)或多個(gè)輸出量控制在特定量值的設(shè)備,而且每一個(gè)量值由手動(dòng)設(shè)置、本地或遠(yuǎn)地編程,或者由一個(gè)或多個(gè)輸入變量來(lái)確定的。 c) 電氣實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備 是指測(cè)量、指示、監(jiān)視或分析物質(zhì)的設(shè)備,或者用于制備材料的設(shè)備,包括體外診斷(IVD)設(shè)備。 這種設(shè)備也可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室以外的地方,例如自我檢查用的IVD設(shè)備就可以在家庭中使用。 d) 預(yù)定要與上述設(shè)備一起使用的附件(例如樣品處理設(shè)備)。1.1.2不包括在本部分范圍內(nèi)的設(shè)備 不適用于包括在下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)的設(shè)備: a) GB 8898(音頻、視頻及類(lèi)似電子設(shè)備安全要求); b) GB 4706(家用和類(lèi)似用途電器的’安全); c) GB 4943(信息技術(shù)設(shè)備的安全,但1.1.3規(guī)定的設(shè)備除外); d)GB 9706(醫(yī)用電氣設(shè)備); e) GB/T 15283(0.5、1和2級(jí)交流有功電度表); f) GB l9212(電力變壓器、電源裝置和類(lèi)似產(chǎn)品的安全); g)IEC 60204(電氣機(jī)械控制裝置); h)IEC 60364(建筑物電氣裝置); i)IEC 60439-1(低壓開(kāi)關(guān)裝置和控制裝置)。1.1.3 計(jì)算設(shè)備本部分僅適用于組成本部分范圍內(nèi)的設(shè)備的一部分或設(shè)計(jì)成僅與設(shè)備一起使用的計(jì)算機(jī)、處理器等。 注:在GB 4943范圍內(nèi)的并符合其要求的汁算裝置和類(lèi)似設(shè)備被認(rèn)為適合與本部分范圍內(nèi)的設(shè)備一起使用。但是,GB 4943對(duì)防潮和防液體的某些要求沒(méi)有本部分嚴(yán)格。如果潮濕和液體引起的危險(xiǎn)可能會(huì)影響符合GB 4943的設(shè)備,而且該符合GB 4943的設(shè)備如果又與符合本部分的設(shè)備一起使用,則使用說(shuō)明要規(guī)定出所需要的任何附加的預(yù)防措施。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了正常和擴(kuò)展的環(huán)境條件下(見(jiàn)附錄A),實(shí)驗(yàn)室用反應(yīng)釜的安全要求(不包括玻璃反應(yīng)釜的安全要求)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也規(guī)定了通過(guò)檢查和型式試驗(yàn)來(lái)鑒定設(shè)備是否符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于幾何容積小于25 L,設(shè)計(jì)壓力不大于35 MPa的反應(yīng)釜。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新建、擴(kuò)建、改建和既有建筑與工業(yè)的給水排水系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)。本規(guī)范不適用于軍工等特殊行業(yè)建筑與工業(yè)的給水排水系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)價(jià)。
YC/T 284的本部分規(guī)定了煙草企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的安全技術(shù)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)規(guī)范要求,包括設(shè)備設(shè)施、作業(yè)活動(dòng)、作業(yè)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行的安全要求。本部分適用于省級(jí)煙草公司(局)、省級(jí)工業(yè)公司等省級(jí)公司、煙草加工和煙草商業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位。其中,煙草商業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位特指地市級(jí)煙草公司,煙草加工單位含煙葉復(fù)烤、卷煙制造、雪茄煙制造、再造煙葉生產(chǎn)的單位。煙草配套和多元化投資的其他生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位,如醋酸纖維、煙草印刷等單位可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
These requirements cover robots and robotic equipment rated 600 V or less and intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. Since end-use installation of a robot and robotic equipment may vary for each user application, guidelines for end-product installation may be evaluated to the applicable sections of ANSI/RIA R15.06, Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems-Safety Requirements. Portions of the requirements in this Standard have been excerpted from the Robotic Industries Associations (RIA) Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems - Safety Requirements, ANSI/RIA R15.06. These requirements cover robotic equipment and systems intended for indoor and outdoor use in applications such as parts assembly, parts transfer, automated material handling, inspection, loading, diecasting, deburring, welding, paint spraying, clinical/diagnostic systems, pharmaceutical applications, commercial food processing, automated vehicle refueling systems, library book handling/sorting, clean room applications, medical use for surgery, mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, automated storage/retrieval systems, and the like. Unique features or functions associated with the robotic application, not specifically addressed in this Standard, shall also be evaluated to other applicable Standards/requirements. These may include, but are not limited to, Electrical Equipment for Laboratory Use; Part 1: General Requirements, UL 3101-1; Medical and Dental Equipment, UL 544; Power Operated Pumps for Petroleum Product Dispensing Systems, UL 79. In addition to the requirements in this Standard, robots and robotic systems shall also comply with the applicable sections of the Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery, ANSI/NFPA 79. Robots and robotic systems intended for use in hazardous locations, as defined by the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA 70, shall also comply with the requirements in Intrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, and III, Division 1, Hazardous (Classified) Locations, UL 913. In the following text, a requirement that applies to one type of equipment, such as a controller or teach pendant, will be identified by a specific reference. In the absence of a specific reference or if the term robot or robotic equipment is employed, it is to be understood that the requirement applies to all types of equipment covered by this Standard.
This clause of part 1 applies except as follows.Replacement:This standard applies to electronic switches and to associated electronic extension units forhousehold and similar fixed electrical installations either indoors or outdoors.It applies to electronic switches for a.c. only, for the operation of lamp circuits and the controlof the brightness of lamps (dimmers) as well as the control of the speed of motors (forexample, those used in ventilating fans) and for other purposes (for example, heating controls),with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and a rated current not exceeding 16 A.The operation and/or control as mentioned above are performed by a person via an actuatingmember, a sensing surface or a sensing unit, by means of touch, proximity, turn, optical,acoustic, thermal or any other influence.This standard also applies to general purpose electronic switches with included automaticfunctions where the operation and/or the control is initiated by a change of a physicalquantity, for example light, temperature, humidity, time, wind velocity, presence of persons,etc.This standard also applies to boxes for electronic switches, with the exception of mountingboxes for flush-type electronic switches.This standard also applies to electronic RCS and electronic TDS with a rated voltage notexceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 25 A, intended for household and similarfixed electrical installations, either indoors or outdoors.
This clause of part 1 is applicable except as follows:Replacement of the first paragraph by:This part of IEC 60669 applies to time-delay switches (hereinafter referred to as TDS) with arated voltage not exceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 63 A, intended forhousehold and similar fixed electrical installations, either indoors or outdoors, operated byhand and/or by remote control.TDS are provided with a time-delay device operated by mechanical, thermal, pneumatic,hydraulic or electrical means or by a combination of them.Electronic TDS are within the scope of IEC 60669-2-1.TDS including only passive components such as resistors, capacitors, PTC and NTCcomponents and printed wiring boards are not considered to be electronic TDS.
This International Standard applies to stand-alone indicator light units intended to give a visible signal. They are designed for a.c. only with a rated voltage not exceeding 440 V and a rated power not exceeding 10 W, for household and similar fixed-electrical installations, either indoors or outdoors.\nNOTE 1 Indicator light units are not intended for lighting as a luminaire (see IEC 60598).\nThis standard does not apply to pilot lights incorporated in products complying with their own standards which are tested as part of that product.\nThe standard also applies to boxes for indicator light units, with the exception of flush-mounting boxes (according to IEC 60670) for flush-type indicator light units.\nIndicator light units complying with this standard are suitable for use at ambient temperatures not normally exceeding 25 ℃, but occasionally reaching 35 ℃.\nIn locations where special conditions prevail, as in ships, vehicles and the like and in hazardous locations, for example where explosions are liable to occur, special constructions may be required.\nNOTE 2 LEDs and lamps are not considered as indicator light units, but as components.
